Sharon Wright reports that Razor was HC and HIT at the Richmond Kennel Club Show on both June 25th and June 26th.

Sharon Wright reports that Razor went HIT both days at the TDPC UKC Obedience Trial on July 16th and 17th.

From Maggie Hayes: What a weekend Snap had at the Lynchburg OTC UKC trials on 11/20 and 11/21. He earned his UCDX in one weekend and he was in the placements in each trial. His high score was 198 which put us in a runoff for HIT! We didn’t win the runoff but the boy was smoking!

Former member Marie Stuart wrote to report that her Dalmatian Cody passed away on December 27. He was 14 ½ at his death. U-UD Touchstone’s Ace In The Hole UDX NA.

From Carole Thompson I'm very pleased to announce that Tonka earned his Schutzhund 1 obedience title today (January 22, 2005), and in the heavy sleet too! While his nerves were steady, mine were not. Between my nerves and the cold, I took me about 5 times to throw the dumbell over the A-frame. Even with my nervousness and ungracefulness, he managed to pull it through! I'm so proud of my boy, the big lug.

From sharon Wright: Razor was HIT and HC at PCOTC on January 22, 2005.Thanks to all who allowed us to participate. On 1-28-05 at the Roanoke OB trial he was HC and earned his UDX2.On 1-29-05 at the New River OB trial he was HC. A very nice weekend. Razor you are super!!!!Sharon Wright

In Memory of My Little Girl

I would like to tell everyone how much the cards and phone calls meant to Pete and I during this very difficult time. Sassie was a wonderful part of our lives and she gave us so much. The loss has been almost unbearable. I am sure some of you know how I feel. Sassie was my first dog that achieved an obedience title and she was a wonderful therapy dog. She loved to go to the shows even if we were not competing. She loved to go to Pet Smart and the dog park. She was a huge part of our family and she left a hole that may never be filled. Friends like all of you mean so much especially in times like this. I truly appreciate all your kind thoughts and beautiful cards. It really helps to have people to talk to that understand how important our canine friends are. Cherish every minute with your best friend and don’t take anything for granted. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and I hope to be back out to see you all soon.

                                  Sincerely yours,

                                  Pete, Kendal, and Spencer
